During Christmas and sale periods please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive. We aim to get your orders out ASAP, as we know how important it is to receive your items promptly. Please understand that in some instances the volume of orders we receive might increase delivery times a little.

COVID-19
Due to the current situation around the world, we are still shipping out. In the event that we are closed and unable to ship we will ship your orders at the earliest time possible. In the meantime, orders are still being processed and going out daily. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation regresses.
- We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the event that we are required to close for a short period, or Australia Post imposes restrictions or suffers downtime due to unforeseen circumstances.
- All items are packed in accordance with accepted practices of infection control.
- Currently, Australia has a strong reputation for good coronavirus control and extremely low infection rates. You can order with confidence.
TAXES & DUTIES
Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.
Return Policy within Australia
Where a product has been opened, used and, or tested, and the product is not faulty a refund cannot be given. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind purchases, however, we happily exchange for incorrectly supplied products if a product is unopened, undamaged and in its original condition.
We will re-ship using Australia Post eParcel standard service regardless of the original shipping method.
Buyers must provide the return shipping cost for exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any products which are found to be faulty are eligible for a full refund or product replacement (postage refund not included). Any product for refund/exchange must be received within 30 days of original delivery. All products being returned must be securely packed to ensure the package is fully protected. Skinfluence Cosmeceuticals will not be responsible for packaging negligence unless the item/s being returned was originally damaged.
Special offers, clearance offers or sale items are warrantied for quality and purpose, as per your rights under Australian Consumer law, however refunds and/or replacement may have reasonable limitations (for example, a product no longer available and thus marked down for quick sale cannot be replaced).
If you need to return goods to us, please follow these steps;
1. Contact us to request a product return and/or refund.
2. Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post it back to us.
3. Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (or sale/reduced price) (excluding the original delivery fee) to be refunded to the original credit card or PayPal account. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.
If your parcel is returned to our office due to the supply of incorrect address, or it has not been collected from your local post office in time and returned to us, the customer is liable for any re-postage fees.
Your local post office (in Australia) will only hold your parcel for 10 business days. It will then be returned to our office.

Once an order is lodged with a carrier, Skinfluence Cosmeceuticals is not responsible for any damage or loss. We are also NOT responsible for taxes, duties, or clearance delays. We recommend you purchase postal insurance. Please check with your local customs office to ensure your order complies with local customs regulations.
